Returns and Exchanges

Our Return and Exchange Policy is valid up to 30 days after an order is delivered. All returned items are inspected before we can move forward with an exchange, give store credit, or process a refund. Please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached; to include being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Returns are completed with either a refund back to the original form of payment, an exchange for an alternate product, or store credit for an additional purchase. You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund. If you wish to proceed with an exchange or store credit, we will waive the shipping fee on your new item, complimentary on us (for US orders only).

If you are returning an item that has been previously exchanged, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any exchange returns - you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Damaged Items

All issues must be reported within 60 days of the order date.  Ensure you report an issue within the respective deadlines:

  • Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Defective: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Wrong Items: Within 14 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Missing: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
  • Quality: Within 60 days of when the package was marked delivered

If your product is damaged due to a manufacturing error, please email info@shopilybaby.com and we will replace your item and/or work on a solution to best accommodate you!
