Shipping and Handling
- All orders are processed in our New York fulfillment center and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- For items purchased through PRE-ORDER, please allow 2 weeks for processing your order.
- Shipping rate for US orders is automatically calculated at the check out. Domestic shipping takes an estimate of 3-5 business days. You can track your package with the tracking number sent to you for accurate updates on your order. Please contact email@example.com with any questions and/or concerns and a team member will get back to you within 48 hours.
- The flat shipping rate for international orders is $25. You can track your package with the tracking number included in the confirmation email sent to you after you placed your order. international shipping time varies from country to country. If you have any questions or concerns about your order's shipping status or tracking information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a team member will get back to you within 48 business hours.
- Once your package has left our fulfillment center, we are no longer responsible for any extra charges (i.e. customs fees) that may apply.
I put in the wrong address! What do I do?
- If you notice that you provided an incorrect address after you placed your order, please contact us immediately! If your order hasn't shipped yet, we will immediately update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we are no longer responsible for your package. Please email email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
- If your package is sent back to us because the address you had provided at checkout was insufficient, we will get in contact with you. If you wish for us to reship your order to an updated address, we are happy to do so with an additional shipping cost. In the case that you would not like your package sent back, we charge a restocking fee of $5. The fee will be deducted from your order's total refund amount. Please double check your address before placing an order!
What if my package is lost?
- ILYBABY is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or shipping service. Please contact the mail carrier with your tracking number.
- If your package's shipping status shows that it has been delivered to the shipping address you had provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. As online shoppers ourselves, we know how annoying it can be to have someone steal your package from your mailroom or front porch. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to provide you with an offer code for your next order! (karma coupons for us and for you ;)
- If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case, you may reach out to the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
